Digital Products
All products sold on this site are digital ebooks. Under UK consumer law, digital content is exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel once downloading has begun — provided the customer has acknowledged this at the point of purchase.
This means we are not able to offer refunds on ebooks once they have been downloaded.
Exceptions
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something has gone wrong — a duplicate order, a technical problem with the file, or an honest mistake — get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
Email us at joe@sevendayanthology.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.
What We Can’t Refund
- Ebooks that have been downloaded, where there is no technical fault
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago (except where a technical fault is identified)
